Drive Away Kits

A drive away kit allows you to set up a drive away awning before attaching it to your motorhome or campervan. This makes it easier to disconnect and reattach your awning when you need to drive away.

Choosing the Right Kit: There are three different types of drive away kits—make sure you select the correct one for both your awning and vehicle.

Types of Drive Away Kits

🔹 Fiamma/Omnistor Drive Away Fixing Kit

• Designed for Fiamma or Omnistor wind-out awnings.
• One side slides into the awning’s front channel.
• The figure 8 plastic strips attach the awning securely.
• Length: 220cm with 3 figure 8 fittings.

🔹 Large Drive Away Fixing Kit

• Fits standard 6mm awning rails.
• Twin piping slides into the rail, with figure 8 plastic strips securing the awning.
• Length: 220cm with 3 figure 8 fittings.

🔹 Standard Drive Away Fixing Kit

• Also fits standard 6mm awning rails.
• Works the same way as the large kit but is slightly shorter.
• Length: 160cm with 2 figure 8 fittings.
